Andy has recently joined Keltic Development as Senior Vice President of Business Development. He has over 27 years of experience in different facets of real estate, ranging from sales and marketing, land acquisitions to development management. Projects varied from small residential/commercial projects to large mixed use multi-family residential/commercial projects in several Metro Vancouver cities. Andy’s focus at Keltic is on strategic partnerships with suppliers and contractors, leading sales and marketing, and joint venture partnerships. He will also be leading the development management team for certain Keltic projects. At his previous company, he established the remote office and team in Vancouver and was responsible for the development and approval of the world’s largest passive house project, working with a world-renowned New York based architect. In addition, he oversaw one of Canada’s most luxurious spec’d mixed use buildings, which involved the tallest demolition project in Canadian history.
