Jon Switzer joined Impact Commercial in September, 2017, and was promoted to Partner in 2021. Jon has built on his extensive past commercial experience, including being part of a team responsible for commercial credit risk policy implementation at a global bank, and subsequently managing and growing large accounts as a corporate cash management advisor at a large independent broker-dealer.

Jon is committed to working tirelessly and leveraging his expertise to provide industry-leading commercial mortgage solutions for his clients. He does this by putting his client’s needs first, and understanding and managing the critical timelines that must be met into order to get commercial projects across the finish line. Since joining, Jon has grown many new client relationships through his professionalism and dedication to delivering expert commercial mortgage solutions tailored to their unique needs.
