On the real estate side of his practice, Scott routinely acts for buyers, sellers, and those looking to refinance their properties, in both the commercial and residential contexts. He has a considerable commercial leasing practice where he acts for landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating commercial leases. Scott’s corporate practice includes incorporations, shareholder agreements, reorganizations, and tax-deferred rollovers. Scott acts for corporate clients of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to multi-million-dollar businesses.

Above all else, Scott is committed to providing practical, personal, cost-effective, and timely advice to his clients.

On a personal note, Scott was born and raised in Richmond, and studied history/economics at Kwantlen Polytechnic University during his undergrad. He subsequently completed his law degree at the University of Victoria. In his spare time, Scott enjoys exercise, hockey, meditation (when he can find the time), and spending time with his wife and daughter.
