Thomas Wieckowski
Thomas graduated from the University of British Columbia with a double major in Economics and English Literature. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is currently on track to receive his professional valuation accreditation (AACI). He has been a practicing appraiser at Campbell & Pound since 2003. Beginning in the residential division, Thomas developed his experience across a wide array of residential property types in the Lower Mainland, including condominium units, waterfront custom homes, and equestrian acreage properties.
To further expand his areas of expertise, Thomas entered the company’s Industrial Commercial and Investment (IC&I) Division in 2006 and now holds a Senior role in its operations. In addition to typical industrial, commercial and multi-family assignments, his scope of practice has grown to include complex IC&I valuation for expropriation purposes, feasibility studies, litigation appraisals, ecological gift appraisals, development land and construction appraisals, and aggregate valuations for developers.
