Recently, Vance negotiated a historic reassessment of social housing properties with  BC Assessment resulting in millions of dollars in annual tax savings.

A long term resident of Port Moody, BC, Vance is a proud father of 3 children and enjoys biking in the numerous trails in the area, playing tennis at the local club and walking his dog, “Hunter” with his wife, Jacqueline.
