Ravi Mann joined Isle of Mann Property Group in Spring of 2017 as Director of Finance & Investment. Prior to this, he served as Senior Financial Analyst for CBRE’s National Investment Team (NIT)—the top performing commercial real estate brokerage team in Western Canada. Ravi supported NIT through cash flow analysis and financial modeling in income-producing properties and large-scale mixed-use development sites, as well as due diligence and analytical support on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the country.

As Director of Finance & Investment, Ravi is responsible for leading the Investment Management and Real Estate Finance teams which source, underwrite and structure investment transactions for IOM’s various fund strategies, including site acquisitions for development. In addition, Ravi provides oversight of IOM’s mortgage lending business and serves as Manager for the company’s $300+ million portfolio (as of 2019). Ravi has overseen transactions in all real estate asset classes, and various partnership structures in markets across Western Canada.

Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Since its inception in 2013, he has successfully closed over $500,000,000 in commercial investment properties ranging from large-scale open-air shopping centers to highly desirable Vancouver development sites and everything in between.
