Chris Kasianchuk
Chris Kasianchuk is the Vice President of Sustainability at Warrington PCI Management. He leads the strategic initiatives to reduce WPM’s contribution to climate change and mitigate its effects within their managed portfolio.
He is a member of multiple sustainability-focused advisory groups and organizations, including the BOMA BC Climate Action Committee, Urban Land Institute’s Net Zero Imperative, and the Canadian Green Building Council. Chris is also a member of the City of Vancouver Commercial Buildings Decarbonization Technical Advisory Committee which helps draft Vancouver’s carbon pollution limit bylaws.
As Managing Broker, Chris is actively engaged in all aspects of WPM’s management activities. In conjunction with the rest of the senior leadership team and department heads, he ensures that the business of the brokerage is carried out competently and in accordance with all legislation and professional standards.
Chris is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa and the Sauder School of Business at UBC and is licensed as a Managing Broker, Rental Property Manager, Strata Manager and Real Estate Salesperson by BCFSA.
